Receiving credit is sometimes overrated -- and besides, renown should not be the reason for doing what it is you do. So if someone else tries to take credit for your project's success, don't let it get to you. Those in authority really know that you were behind it, and they know that this person is not to be believed. You will get a chance later in the day to have a more private conversation with the boss, and that's the perfect time to remind them that you were the idea-generator. |
